Daily SITREP Agent
A digital and audio situation report agent built on AWS. It composes a multi-domain morning brief — AI/ML developments, the EverydayAI podcast, regulatory threads, market and weather conditions — and uses Amazon Polly to render the text into a listenable audio brief for the drive.
→ View the SITREP showcase page Why it's in the portfolio- End-to-end agentic workflow: retrieval, synthesis, and audio rendering.
- Real production discipline — observable, scheduled, recoverable.
- Pattern is portable to any client needing executive situational awareness.
Agile Practice Hub
A working reference for Agile delivery on AI/ML programs — grounded in the Agile Alliance Manifesto, PMI-ACP frameworks, and adapted for the non-deterministic realities of generative and agentic AI.

→ Explore the Agile Practice Hub Why it's in the portfolio- Demonstrates that delivery methodology is as central to the practice as model selection.
- Shows how PMI-ACP discipline and Agile Alliance principles are adapted — not abandoned — for AI programs.
- Addresses the most common failure mode in enterprise AI: strong model, undisciplined delivery.
- Directly applicable to client engagements — this is the methodology framework I bring to every program.
