— Services · Small & Mid-Sized Business

AI that works, with no IT department.

Practical AI services for businesses of 10 to 250 people that don't have a technologist on staff. Fixed scope. A handover written in plain English. A person to call when something changes.

Fixed-scope engagements Two published hourly rates PMP-disciplined delivery Vendor-neutral Runbooks a non-technical owner can follow
— The Ladder

Start anywhere. Climb when it pays.

Every service sits on one of five rungs. Most clients start with an assessment or an enablement, automate the work that costs the most hours, and add managed support once there's something worth keeping running. You never have to buy the whole ladder.

— 01 // Assess

Know before you spend.

Two short engagements that answer the questions every owner asks first: where would AI actually help here, and what are my people already doing with it?

— How an engagement runs

Scoped like a project, because it is one.

Every engagement follows the same four steps. Scope is fixed in writing before work starts, changes go through a change order, and nothing is done until you've accepted it against the criteria we agreed.

/ 01

Discover

A thirty-minute call, then a short look at how the work actually flows today.

/ 02

Scope

A one-page statement of work: what's in, what's out, what done looks like, what it costs.

/ 03

Deliver

Weekly check-ins, a demo at each milestone, and your people involved from the first week.

/ 04

Hand over

A runbook written for a non-technical owner, training for whoever runs it, and thirty days of support.

— Rates

Two rates. No surprises.

Every fixed fee and every monthly retainer on this page is built from the same two hourly rates and the hours the work takes. The quote you get after the discovery call is fixed in the statement of work.

Training
$100/ HOUR

Workshops, briefings, office hours, and role-based sessions. Includes preparation time and a prompt library your team keeps.

Consulting
$160–$250/ HOUR

Assessment, design, configuration, build, and managed support. Hands-on build and configuration sits at the lower end; strategy, assessment, and architecture at the upper end.

The investment shown on each card is the typical range for that scope at these rates. Software licenses and vendor fees are passed through at cost and listed separately in the quote.

— Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Do we need IT staff for any of this?

No. Every service is scoped for a business with no technologist on staff. Where a service needs an administrator login or a vendor account, that's listed under "needs from you" and we walk through it together. If you already have an outsourced IT provider, we work alongside them.

What happens to our data?

Before anything is built you get a one-page data-handling standard: what data goes to which vendor, where it's stored, how long it's kept, and how to get it back. Regulated data such as patient or payment records is either kept out of AI tools entirely or handled only through vendors with the right agreements in place.

What if it breaks after you leave?

Every build ships with a runbook that says how to tell it's working, what to try when it isn't, and who to call. Thirty days of support are included. After that, Managed Automation Support keeps it monitored and fixed with a response time in writing.

What will our staff have to learn?

Less than you'd think. Automations are designed so the exception queue looks like the inbox or spreadsheet people already use. Where staff do use a new tool directly, training is by role and uses your real documents, not generic examples.

How is pricing set?

Training is $100 per hour and consulting is $160 to $250 per hour. Assessments, policy kits, and training are quoted as a fixed fee from those rates. Automations and builds are priced by milestone with the total agreed up front. Managed services are month to month. You get a written quote after the discovery call, and the scope in the statement of work is the scope you pay for.

— Next step

Start with a thirty-minute call.

Tell me what eats the most hours in your week. You'll leave with a straight answer on whether AI can help, which rung to start on, and what it would cost.
